Let Go

For this art, cut a 7" x 9" specialty board, tear and adhere some book page into the board. Color background to gray, I use all the grays of Faber-Castell Watercolour Pencils. As you can see in the picture, I placed my project on the top of a double sided tape, this will trace the texture. You can also use corrugated paper.

Sketch some balloons and color and watercolor. Distress the background in Fresh Green and Smoke Blue using Color Box Pigment Brush Pad, brown ink, I also use Pentel Arts Oil Pastel - brown and Faber-Castell Watercolour Pencils: #430 (Orange) and #415 (Peach). Stamped some Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Little Labels CMS120.

  1. Instantly this reminded me on illustrations in the original Winnie the Pooh book by A.A. Milne. Just lovely.
